Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 package Puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 1 unit Egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic.
  3. Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture onto each square and roll up.
  5. Brush each roll-up with beaten egg.
  6. Place roll-ups on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
