Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package Frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each shell with the ricotta mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
