Spinach Ricotta Stuffed Shells Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 20 pieces Jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups Ricotta cheese
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package Frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 large Egg beaten
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, egg, salt, and pepper.
Fill each shell with the ricotta mixture and place in a baking dish.
Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
