  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup Chopped spinach Fresh or frozen

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the milk and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped spinach.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool slightly before cutting into squares. Serve warm.
