Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Chopped Spinach fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until well mixed.
Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let them cool slightly before serving.
