  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pie crust pre-made or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the chopped spinach, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese evenly in the pie crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the spinach, bacon, and cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  7. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
