Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi Rice
  • ½ lb Yellowtail sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 sheet Nori
  • 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar

Instructions 

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. Mix the sriracha and mayonnaise together in a small bowl.
  3. Lay out the nori sheet on the sushi mat, shiny side down.
  4. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  5. Place the yellowtail slices in a line across the center of the rice.
  6. Drizzle the sriracha mayo mixture over the yellowtail.
  7. Roll the sushi tightly using the sushi mat, then slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
  8. Serve with soy sauce and enjoy!
