Instructions
Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
Mix the sriracha and mayonnaise together in a small bowl.
Lay out the nori sheet on the sushi mat, shiny side down.
Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
Place the yellowtail slices in a line across the center of the rice.
Drizzle the sriracha mayo mixture over the yellowtail.
Roll the sushi tightly using the sushi mat, then slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
Serve with soy sauce and enjoy!
