Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi Rice
  • 1 lb Fresh Tuna sashimi-grade
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 4 sheets Nori
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, mix in the rice vinegar and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, sriracha sauce, mayonnaise, and soy sauce.
  3. 3. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  4. 4. Add a line of the spicy tuna mixture along the bottom edge of the rice.
  5. 5. Roll the sushi tightly using the sushi mat. Slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
  6. 6. Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
