Spicy Tuna Rolls Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Sushi rice cooked and cooled
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 can Tuna drained
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 4 sheets Nori
- 1 Cucumber cut into thin strips
1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the cooked sushi rice.
2. In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, and sriracha.
3. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat, spread an even layer of rice over it.
4. Add a line of the tuna mixture and cucumber strips.
5. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, then slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
