Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sushi rice cooked and cooled
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 can Tuna drained
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 4 sheets Nori
  • 1 Cucumber cut into thin strips

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the cooked sushi rice.
  2. 2. In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, and sriracha.
  3. 3. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat, spread an even layer of rice over it.
  4. 4. Add a line of the tuna mixture and cucumber strips.
  5. 5. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, then slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
