  • 200 grams Fresh tuna sashimi-grade
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 avocado Avocado sliced

Instructions 

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  3. Cut the tuna into small cubes and add to the bowl. Mix well to coat the tuna.
  4. Once the rice is cooked, divide it into two bowls.
  5. Top the rice with the marinated tuna, avocado slices, green onions, and toasted sesame seeds.
