Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Firm Tofu cubed
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the bell peppers and onion, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce and sriracha, mix well.
  6. 6. Pour in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
