Instructions
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the bell peppers and onion, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Add the soy sauce and sriracha, mix well.
6. Pour in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
