Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice
  • 3 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 sheets Nori (seaweed)
  • 1 piece Cucumber cut into strips
  • 1 piece Avocado sliced
  • 200 grams Spicy tuna or spicy salmon
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, mix in the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let it cool.
  2. 2. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  3. 3. Arrange cucumber strips, avocado slices, and spicy tuna (or salmon) along the bottom edge of the nori.
  4. 4. Carefully roll the sushi mat to form a tight roll. Seal the edge with a bit of water.
  5. 5. Mix the sriracha and mayonnaise to make the spicy sauce. Drizzle over the sushi roll.
  6. 6. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife. Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
