  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, red pepper flakes, garlic, salt, and lemon juice.
  2. 2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  3. 3. Place shrimp in a steamer basket over boiling water.
  4. 4. Steam for 5 minutes or until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with extra lemon wedges if desired.
