Ingredients

  • ½ cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid.
  3. Shake the pot occasionally to prevent burning. Cook until popping slows down.
  4. Remove from heat and transfer popcorn to a mixing bowl.
  5. Drizzle melted butter and Sriracha sauce over the popcorn. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately.
