Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 small Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and cilantro on each tortilla.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
