Spicy Shrimp Tacos

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 8 small Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- ½ cup Sour cream
- ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
4. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and cilantro on each tortilla.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
