Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chickpeas cooked or canned, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
