Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Chickpeas cooked or canned, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
