- 4 cups cucumbers sliced
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 cloves garlic smashed
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon dill seeds
1. Combine water, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
2. Place cucumbers, garlic, red pepper flakes, and dill seeds in a jar.
3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the cucumbers in the jar.
4. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
