Main Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon salt
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Add the lime juice and salt. Mix well to combine.
