Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup White Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Once thickened, remove from heat and let cool.
  4. 4. Store in sterilized jars and refrigerate.
