Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings
  • ¼ cup Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and rice vinegar.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the sauce.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and cooked through, flipping them halfway through cooking.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
