Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper adjust to taste
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit of water until you reach the desired consistency.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with a bit of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika before serving.
