Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoon Tahini
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper adjust to taste
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
2. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit of water until you reach the desired consistency.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with a bit of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika before serving.
