  • 2 lbs Chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, pepper, and olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the wings out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. While the wings are baking, mix the minced garlic, grated Parmesan, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  6. Once the wings are done, toss them in the garlic-Parmesan mixture until well coated.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
