Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Boil the eggs: Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove eggs and place in ice water to cool.
  2. Peel and halve the eggs: Once cooled, peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  3. Make the filling: Mash the yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fill the egg whites: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with paprika and chopped chives. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
