Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi rice cooked and cooled
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 200 grams Salmon sashimi-grade, sliced into strips
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs toasted
- 4 sheets Nori
1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the cooked sushi rice.
2. Lay out a sheet of nori on the sushi mat.
3. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
4. Place salmon strips along the center of the rice.
5. Mix sriracha and mayonnaise together, then drizzle over the salmon.
6. Sprinkle toasted panko breadcrumbs over the salmon.
7. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, then slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
