Main Ingredients
- 200 g Crab Meat fresh or canned
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 8 pieces Spring Roll Wrappers
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil.
Place a small amount of the mixture onto each spring roll wrapper and roll tightly.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
