- 4 large Russet potatoes cut into fries
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the fries out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
