  • 2 large Cucumbers sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili flakes, sugar, and minced garlic to the bowl.
  3. 3. Toss everything together until the cucumbers are well coated.
  4. 4. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
