Instructions
Cook the sushi rice and let it cool.
Slice the Spam into 8 slices.
In a pan, combine soy sauce, sugar, and mirin. Add Spam slices and cook until caramelized.
Place a slice of Spam on a strip of nori, add a scoop of rice, and wrap the nori around.
