Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 can Spam
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup mirin
  • 8 sheets Nori (seaweed)

Instructions 

  1. Cook the sushi rice and let it cool.
  2. Slice the Spam into 8 slices.
  3. In a pan, combine soy sauce, sugar, and mirin. Add Spam slices and cook until caramelized.
  4. Place a slice of Spam on a strip of nori, add a scoop of rice, and wrap the nori around.
