Spaghetti Sauce with Fresh Tomatoes

- 2 lbs Fresh Tomatoes chopped
- 1 medium Onion diced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Add minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
4. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, black pepper, dried basil, and dried oregano.
5. Bring to a simmer and cook for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve over cooked spaghetti.
