Delicious soy-marinated eggs, perfect as a snack or topping for ramen.

Main Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup mirin
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic smashed
- 1 slice ginger
Boil the eggs for 7 minutes.
Transfer eggs to ice water and let cool.
Peel the eggs.
Mix soy sauce, water, mirin, sugar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
Add peeled eggs to the mixture.
Marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
