- 2 racks Pork ribs
- 1 cup Barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your grill to medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours, turning occasionally.
During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
