Coleslaw Ingredients
- 1 head green cabbage shredded
- 2 large carrots peeled and grated
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Add the shredded cabbage and grated carrots to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
