  • 4 cups Yellow Squash, sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced squash, chopped onion, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the squash is tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
