Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork Shoulder cut into chunks
- 1 cup White Vinegar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper crushed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon Allspice ground
1. In a large pot, combine the pork shoulder, vinegar, water, salt, black pepper, garlic, onion, and allspice.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
3. Remove from heat and let cool. Serve cold.
