Perfectly cooked hard-boiled eggs using sous vide method.

1. Preheat your sous vide precision cooker to 165°F (74°C).
2. Place the eggs in a plastic bag and seal it using the water displacement method.
3. Submerge the bag in the water bath and cook for 60 minutes.
4. Once done, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes.
5. Peel and serve as desired.
