1. Set your sous vide precision cooker to 75°C (167°F).
2. Place the eggs in a plastic bag and remove as much air as possible.
3. Submerge the bag in the water bath and cook for 60 minutes.
4. Remove the eggs from the bag, crack them open, and season with salt and pepper.
