- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ¼ cup Milk
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and lemon juice.
Add the milk and whisk until well combined.
Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
After 24 hours, stir the mixture and refrigerate for another 24 hours before using.
