Sour Cream Cucumber and Dill Dip Recipe

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cucumber, grated drained
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- to taste salt and pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, grated cucumber, chopped dill, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
