- 0.5 cup Butter, cold and cubed
- 1 cup Sour cream
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in the sour cream until just combined.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
