Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.

Add the garlic and onion, sauté until softened.
Pour in the chicken broth and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro.
