- 1 lb Chicken breast thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
2. Add the thinly sliced chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
4. Arrange the marinated chicken slices on the wire rack in a single layer.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 4 hours, or until the chicken is dry and chewy.
6. Let the jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
