Main Ingredients
- 4 Roma tomatoes halved
- 1 Onion quartered
- 2 Jalapeños whole
- 3 cloves Garlic peeled
- 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Lime juiced
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, and garlic with olive oil.
Grill the vegetables until charred and tender, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from grill and let cool slightly.
In a blender, combine the grilled vegetables, cilantro, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve.
