Ingredients

  • 4 Roma tomatoes halved
  • 1 Onion quartered
  • 2 Jalapeños whole
  • 3 cloves Garlic peeled
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Lime juiced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, and garlic with olive oil.
  3. Grill the vegetables until charred and tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Remove from grill and let cool slightly.
  5. In a blender, combine the grilled vegetables, cilantro, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  6. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve.
