Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice cooked and seasoned
  • 4 sheets Nori
  • 200 grams Smoked salmon thinly sliced
  • 1 piece Cucumber cut into thin strips
  • 1 piece Avocado sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce for serving
  • 1 tablespoon Pickled ginger for serving
  • 1 teaspoon Wasabi for serving

Instructions 

  1. 1. Lay a sheet of nori on the sushi mat.
  2. 2. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  3. 3. Place a few slices of smoked salmon, cucumber strips, and avocado slices along the bottom edge of the rice.
  4. 4. Roll the sushi tightly using the sushi mat, applying gentle pressure to shape the roll.
  5. 5. Slice the roll into 6-8 pieces using a sharp knife.
  6. 6. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  7. 7. Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
