Smoked Salmon Sandwich
A simple and delicious smoked salmon sandwich.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
- 100 grams Smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoon Cream cheese
- 1 handful Arugula
- 1 tablespoon Capers
- 0.25 unit Red onion thinly sliced
1. Spread cream cheese on two slices of bread.
2. Layer smoked salmon, arugula, capers, and red onion on top of the cream cheese.
3. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
4. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
