- 200 g smoked salmon chopped
- 100 g cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dill chopped
- 1 pinch black pepper
1. In a food processor, blend the smoked salmon until smooth.
2. Add the cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, and black pepper. Blend until well combined.
3. Transfer the mousse to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
