Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs Recipe
Delicious deviled eggs with a twist of smoked salmon.

Main Ingredients
- 6 eggs hard-boiled
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 2 oz smoked salmon finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks with a fork.
3. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, fresh dill, smoked salmon, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
4. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
5. Garnish with extra dill or a small piece of smoked salmon if desired.
