Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 racks Pork ribs
  • 2 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (110°C).
  2. 2. Mix all the spices together in a bowl.
  3. 3. Rub the spice mix all over the pork ribs.
  4. 4. Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C).
  5. 5. Baste the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce during the last hour of cooking.
  6. 6. Remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
