Main Ingredients
- 2 racks Pork ribs
- 2 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (110°C).
2. Mix all the spices together in a bowl.
3. Rub the spice mix all over the pork ribs.
4. Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C).
5. Baste the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce during the last hour of cooking.
6. Remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
