Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Smoked fish flaked
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
- 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked smoked fish, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
2. Add the lemon juice, chopped dill, hot sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
4. Serve with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.
