- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Boil the eggs in a saucepan for 10 minutes.
2. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath and let them cool for 5 minutes.
3. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
4. Peel the eggs and coat them lightly with olive oil and salt.
5. Place the eggs in the smoker and smoke for 20 minutes.
6. Remove the eggs from the smoker and let them cool before serving.
