- 4 ears Corn on the cob Husked
- 2 tablespoon Butter Melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
Brush each ear of corn with melted butter.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Place the corn directly on the smoker grates.
Smoke for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove from smoker and serve hot.
