  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (110°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Place the wings in the smoker and cook for 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. 4. Remove the wings from the smoker and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
